{"id":16,"date":"2020-06-30T13:43:29","date_gmt":"2020-06-30T13:43:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rdv-test.univ-lorraine.fr\/?page_id=16"},"modified":"2025-10-20T16:10:43","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T14:10:43","slug":"accueil","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/rdv.univ-lorraine.fr\/formationpssm\/","title":{"rendered":"Premiers Secours en Sant\u00e9 Mentale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Service de Sant\u00e9 Etudiante (SSE) de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Lorraine propose \u00e0 ses \u00e9tudiants un programme de Premiers secours en sant\u00e9 mentale (PSSM) qui permet de former des secouristes capables&nbsp;<strong>de mieux rep\u00e9rer les troubles en sant\u00e9 mentale,<\/strong>&nbsp;d\u2019adopter un comportement adapt\u00e9, d\u2019informer sur les ressources disponibles,&nbsp;<strong>d\u2019encourager \u00e0 aller vers les professionnels ad\u00e9quats&nbsp;<\/strong>et, en cas de crise, d\u2019agir pour relayer au service le plus adapt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Il s\u2019inspire de la formation aux premiers secours physiques,&nbsp;<\/strong>mais int\u00e8gre une logique d\u2019urgence diff\u00e9rente : un secouriste en sant\u00e9 mentale devra souvent intervenir \u00e0 plusieurs reprises pour \u00e9couter, rassurer et accompagner la personne concern\u00e9e vers le soin. Dans un contexte soci\u00e9tal de minimisation et de stigmatisation des troubles psychiques, se former aux premiers secours en sant\u00e9 mentale&nbsp;<strong>s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche citoyenne.
